About Us

Contract Closure

The presentation of our merchandise invites the end customer (''you'') to submit a purchase offer in the form of an order. Clicking the "Place Order" button in the last stage of the ordering process issues a binding order for the products you have placed in the shopping bag. As soon as your order has been received by us, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not yet represent a binding purchase contract. The purchase contract only comes into effect with the delivery of the merchandise.
By placing an order, you become a Customer and certify that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts.
- You have a valid e-mail address.
- You have a valid mean of payment.
- You do not intend to re-sell any product purchased in Hibrid or hibrid.si.

Accepting The Order

An order that is binding for you comes into effect when all of the data necessary to complete the contract has been entered, you have confirmed acceptance of these terms and conditions and you have clicked the "Place Order" button. Up until the moment you click this button, you can change your order and the data associated with your order at any time.
Once the order is processed, Hibrid d.o.o. reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the items and verify the transaction’s validity. You will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as requested.
Please note: until you checkout, items in your bag are not reserved and may still be purchased by other customers.
We reserve the right to accept an order. The decision is made at the discretion of Hibrid d.o.o. If an order is not executed, we will inform you immediately by email. The confirmation of receipt does not constitute a purchase contract; the confirmation of receipt only documents that your order has been received by us.

Shipment & Delivery

The delivery of the ordered merchandise will be made to the delivery address specified by the ordering party.
You can specify a different billing address from your delivery address.
Hibrid d.o.o. will presume that anyone at the delivery address supplied on the order form who receives the goods is authorised to do so.
Hibrid d.o.o. will not take responsibility for wrong addresses supplied in the order form. If goods are refused or if there is no one at the address supplied by the purchaser, Hibrid d.o.o. reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees for re-sending the goods.
Once the goods are delivered to the purchaser, the purchaser takes ownership of the goods and is responsible if they are lost or damaged. Hibrid d.o.o. will not replace the goods so damaged or lost.
Shipping fees are free of tax.

Slovenia

Delivery is free in Slovenia. All orders placed during weekdays before 14.00 will be dispatched the same day for a delivery scheduled the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays afternoon, Saturdays and Sundays are dispatched on Mondays.
Same day delivery in Ljubljana for orders placed during weekdays before 12.00 will be charged 10€. If you would like to be delivered the same day after 12.00 or outside of Ljubljana, please contact us.

Europe (Countries Within The European Union, Switzerland, Norway, San Marino, Monaco, Croatia, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Serbia)

Standard delivery is free for all full-priced items. All orders placed during weekdays before 14.00 will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Fridays afternoon, Saturdays and Sundays are dispatched on Mondays.
For discounted items, the cost of delivery is 20€ for orders equal or smaller to 200€, free over 200€.

Rest Of The World

Standard delivery is free for orders over 500€. All orders placed during weekdays before 14.00 will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Fridays afternoon, Saturdays and Sundays are dispatched on Mondays.
For orders below 500€, the cost of delivery is 50€.

For customers outside of the European Union

Prices in the bag and during checkout do not include import fees which must be paid upon delivery and reflect VAT (Value Added Tax) exemption. We do not know what these charges could be and if contacted via our shipper, you will need to pay these charges in order to receive your order. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.
You can use websites such as www.dutycalculator.com to estimate these costs. The results are purely informative and are in no way binding us to any discrepancy in the amounts to be paid.

Payment

All prices and payments are in Euro (€).
Prices in other currencies are only displayed as an estimate indication and are not binding.
All prices on product pages include the Slovenian 20% VAT. Within the mini-bag and 'My Shopping Bag', prices are updated following the country selected on the page 'My Shopping Bag' to reflect the final price for your country of delivery.

Payments are processed through the intermediary of PayPal. You can pay with any type of card accepted by PayPal, mainly Visa, MasterCard, American Express, but also with a bank transfer or from your PayPal account balance.
Many other forms of payments are accepted depending on your location. Check PayPal's page for more information on all the type of payments accepted in your country. Payments by cards through PayPal do not require you to own or sign up for a PayPal account. It is just a simple and safe way of processing payments from all around the world. It also means that you are not communicating your bank information to us, they are safely processed directly and exclusively by PayPal.

We accept payment with a gift certificate.
We also accept direct bank transfers from Slovenian bank accounts. Goods are not reserved until the transfer has been completed. Goods will only be reserved for one business day as of the reception of the proof of bank transfer.
Until such time as full payment has been received, the merchandise remains our property.

We reserve the right to limit the use of the payment methods named above to one or more of the options listed.

Returns Policy

Send an email to returns@hibrid.si (or in writing to the shop's address) within 15 days from the day of delivery to obtain a Return Authorisation Number which must be included with your return. You must include all the information regarding your order and the item or items you wish to return.
You must specify if you wish to exchange the item for another one, a store credit or a refund.
Please note that shipping, packaging and handling costs cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the amount. Eventual import fees will also be deducted from the amount. Refund will occur within 30 (thirty) days of receipt and at the latest 60 (sixty) days after the original payment.

Please note that store credits can be used one time only on a future order within six months of the return and must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit. If not used within six months will result in a final partial refund.

All returns must be sent via registered mail or via our collecting agent (Slovenia only) in their original condition, to the store's address, within 14 (fourteen) days following your return request.
Please make sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms.
Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way. Only products that are in their original condition with the identification tag and seal still attached will be accepted. Others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

If the customer does not comply fully with the returns policy and/or if an unauthorized return is accepted, Hibrid d.o.o. reserves the right to deduct a 15% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.

Privacy Policy

All personal data is fundamentally treated in the strictest of confidence. Your personal data is used to enable the optimum handling of the order, to deliver the merchandise, and to provide services and to handle payments. For this purpose, we pass your data on to authorised service providers and, if necessary, to associated companies.
For the purposes of handling payments, we do not process nor store any data.
We or companies associated with us, will only use the address data given to us within the framework of order processing, for the purposes of advertising or market research when you have expressly given your permission for this.
Your permission can be retracted at any time, via your customer account page, by deactivating the relevant option.
