The delivery of the ordered merchandise will be made to the delivery address you specified. It can be different from your billing address.

Slovenia

Delivery is free in Slovenia. All orders placed during weekdays before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day for a delivery scheduled the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays afternoon, Saturdays and Sundays are dispatched on Mondays.
Same day delivery in Ljubljana for orders placed during weekdays before 12:00 will be charged 10€. If you wish to be delivered the same day after 12:00 or outside of Ljubljana, please contact us.

Europe (Countries Within The European Union, Switzerland, Norway, San Marino, Monaco, Croatia, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Serbia)

Standard delivery is free for all full-priced items. All orders placed during weekdays before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Fridays afternoon, Saturdays and Sundays are dispatched on Mondays.
For discounted items, the cost of delivery is 20€ for orders equal or smaller to 200€, free over 200€.

Rest Of The World

Standard delivery is free for orders over 500€. All orders placed during weekdays before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Fridays afternoon, Saturdays and Sundays are dispatched on Mondays.
For orders below 500€, the cost of delivery is 50€.

For customers outside of the European Union

Prices in the shopping bag and during checkout do not include import fees which must be paid upon delivery and reflect VAT (Value Added Tax) exemption. We do not know what these charges could be and if contacted via our shipper, you will need to pay these charges in order to receive your order. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.

You can use websites such as www.dutycalculator.com to estimate these costs. The results are purely informative and are in no way binding us to any discrepancy in the amounts to be paid.

We accept returns within 15 working days from receipt.
Shipping, packaging and handling costs cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the amount of the credit.
To return an item please send us an email at returns@hibrid.si to obtain a Returns Number which must be included with your return. All returns must be sent via registered mail or via our collecting agent (Slovenia only) in their original condition, to the store's address.

Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms.
Only products that are in their original condition with the identification tag and seal still attached will be accepted. Others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the identification tag and seal still attached.

Shopping

Use the search tool to quickly find the item you are looking for, or simply the search by choosing to filter by designers, categories, colour, price and season.
You can then click on 'Show Options' to select the number of products viewed per page, sort them by price, name, season, colour or designer or. You can also switch the view between a grid of pictures and a list of items with pictures and description.
Click on the photo or the name of the item to enter the Product Page and find out more about it.

My Shopping Bag

Check through the Product Page details before you add it to your shopping bag. To do so, select the size and colour, then click on Add To Bag.
You will be taken directly to 'My Shopping Bag', where you can see a full summary of the items you have selected so far.
It is recommended to update the shipping destination with the country and postal code in order to display in the shopping bag the accurate amounts that apply to your location.
You can decide to proceed directly to checkout, or to continue browsing our site. The shopping bag is visible at all times by hovering over 'Shopping bag' in the top right corner of the website.

'My Shopping Bag' is also the page where you can enter your discount code. They are issued on special occasions for exclusive promotions on the articles you can find on hibrid.si. If you have a discount code, enter it in the box and click apply to update your shopping bag total. All the items you will add to your bag during your current visit will automatically be calculated with the discount code you entered.

Please note: until you checkout, items in your bag are not reserved and may still be purchased by other customers.

All prices are in Euro.
All prices on product pages include the Slovenian 20% Value-Added Tax (DDV). Within the mini-bag and 'My Shopping Bag', prices are updated following the country selected on the page 'My Shopping Bag' to reflect the final price for your country of delivery.

Payments are processed through the intermediary of PayPal. You can pay with any type of card accepted by PayPal, mainly Visa, MasterCard, American Express, but also with a bank transfer or from your PayPal account balance.
Many other forms of payments are accepted depending on your location. Check PayPal's page for more information on all the type of payments accepted in your country.

Payments by cards through PayPal do not require you to own or sign up for a PayPal account. It is just a simple and safe way of processing payments from all around the world. It also means that you are not communicating your bank information to us, they are safely processed directly and exclusively by PayPal.
